My years of working 1 to 1 with coaching clients and with groups equips me to build trust and create a comfortable and constructive environment. For this group coaching I partner with other coaches who bring complimentary experience so you will typically benefit from access to two coaches.
You will leave sessions with a sense of accomplishment, you will feel inspired to experiment with new tools and approaches and feel part of a supportive learning community that you can lean into as much or as little as you like.

THE FORMAT:
A regular small group virtual meeting that provides a confidential space to speak openly about issues that members are facing with the support of a coach. A sense of community and support makes for an ideal learning environment - shared experiences and perspectives provide rich learning that is embedded through monthly meetings.
Each session will include structured input by the coach on topics that arise through discussion alongside open exploration and learning around members’ challenges or questions. This combination builds leadership skills and addresses current areas of priority for members.
Members attend monthly coach-led sessions and have access to support materials and recommended personalised reading. Each member will have an introductory 1 to 1 session with the coach to ensure the environment is right for them and learning goals are identified. We aim to build an active community that maintains momentum between sessions and builds networks.
